Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Internal Hiring) to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
✅ Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to develop engaging recruitment campaigns.
✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.
✅ Process Improvement & Compliance
- Continuously improve recruitment policies and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Implement best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in talent acquisition, internal hiring, or HR recruitment.
✔ Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
✔ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✔ Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with leadership and hiring managers.
✔ Analytical Skills: Ability to track and optimize hiring performance using recruitment data.
