- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs) & 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
- Duration: 1 year (extendable/ convertible)
- Salary: Up to $5,000 + $30 phone allowance
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR BP and divisional stakeholders on manpower planning and talent attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job placements, interviews, salary proposals, offers, contract preparation, and on-boarding.
- Participate in outreach activities such as career fairs and networking events.
- Analyze recruitment data and develop action plans to address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., FCF, PDPA, TAFEP), employment laws, and internal policies.
- Manage aspects of exit, retirement, re-employment, and participate in projects and process improvements.
Requirements:- Singaporean only
- Posses min 2 years of working experience in HR/ TA or any relevant field
