Job duties:

Event & Administrative Support – Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events while handling logistics, vendor coordination, and procurement compliance.
Employer Branding & Communication – Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with company values, enhancing brand presence in the market.
Content Creation & Marketing – Create engaging content, including print collaterals, videos, and infographics, to support recruitment marketing campaigns.
Talent Attraction & Outreach – Develop recruitment marketing materials, manage job advertisements, and build relationships with prospective candidates and institutions.
Market Research & Analysis – Analyze industry trends and competitor branding strategies to optimize employer branding efforts and stay competitive.

Job requirements:

Diploma in Administrative/Events management or equivalent
Min 1 year of relevant working experience
