Key Responsibilities
Barista
- create the Starbucks Experience to customers, promote coffee culture and provide prompt service, quality beverages and products.
- deliver legendary customer service.
- maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
- model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
咖啡調配師
- 通過提供優質的顧客服務為顧客營造「星巴克體驗」，推廣咖啡文化，向顧客提供優質的飲料和 產品，並保持分店環境清潔舒適。
- 不斷評估分店環境及諮詢顧客意見，積極協助團隊創建「第三空間」。
- 以身作則，遵守星巴克的營運政策及標準。
- 以正直誠實的行為提升星巴克的企業文化、價值和使命。
