Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the company's corporate culture construction and related activities organization.
- Assist the team head in elaborating, organizing and implementing training programs.
- Organize Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and related activities.
- Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- With more than 3 years relevant experience in training.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized.
- Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
