We are looking for a seasoned professional who can work closely with the management team on all HR and People & Culture matters. The individual’s main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, initiatives and procedures across the institution (including its representative offices in Seoul and Mainland China);
- Overseeing and managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Assisting with compensation and benefits, payroll, performance review and other employee relations and welfare matters;
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance on HR matters.
This is a part-time position, requiring 2 to 3 days per week (negotiable).
The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications and personal characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
- Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the legal industry or other professional services industries;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level of integrity and maturity;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent and well-organised;
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
