About the Role
Are you passionate about brand building and community engagement? We are looking for a dynamic Brand and Community Manager with a strong background in healthcare or adjacent fields to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage content across various channels, enhance our brand presence, and foster community growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to build a vibrant community around mental health, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Content Across Channels: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and connect with our audience.
- Manage Brand Presence: Ensure consistent branding across all channels, maintaining our identity and values in every interaction.
- On-Ground & Digital Branding: Execute on-ground & digital branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in the community and engage directly with our audience.
- Grow and Build Community: Develop strategies to foster community engagement and support, creating a welcoming environment for individuals seeking mental health resources.
- Video and Content-Led Social Strategy: Build and execute a compelling video and content strategy for social media that resonates with our audience and promotes our mission.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing plus added qualification in Brand Marketing will be an advantage
- 9-10 years of experience in brand management or community building, preferably within the healthcare sector or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing content across various channels and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of community engagement and the ability to foster relationships with diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing video and content strategies for social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed.
