SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To implement employee experience, branding and internal communications strategies by drafting appropriate content for internal communications, driving key programs on engagement and providing operational support as per business needs in order to enhance the overall employee experience and culture at RIL, while adhering to stipulated guidelines
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Employee Communications
- Write and edit compelling content that promotes various programs, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, Recruitment, and Professional Development, aligning with the organization's goals and culture
- Coordinate with the communications team to create and distribute engaging internal communications materials, including emails, newsletters, and intranet articles
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new internal communication tools and formats, such as newsletters, management podcasts, focus group discussions, or Intranet
- Facilitate internal campaigns, including infotainment and educational activities designed to boost the employee experience, draft the materials required for each initiative with the team member
- Track communication channels for employee feedback and questions, responding in a timely and professional manner
Employer Branding
- Provide inputs to expand presence on social media with focus on workplace recognition, people & culture based rewards programs amongst others to ensure effectiveness in attracting top talent
- Draft messaging and creative content for social media, career fairs, job boards, and job descriptions to support the Talent Acquisition team in communicating a standardized employer brand message that aligns with RIL brand's identity
- Assist in maintaining RIL's brand identity by ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across communication materials
- Provide support to the team lead in assessing the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives
Employee Experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams and assist the team lead in drafting the annual engagement calendar for the organization and support its execution across locations and sites
- Assist in implementation of the continuous listening framework, including lifecycle and overall employee experience, and support with the survey analysis and reporting, when required
- Assist in collecting and analysing employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other mechanisms to identify areas for improvement
- Drive planning and coordination of employee engagement events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures

Education Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration in HR/Marketing or Post Graduation Degree in Communications
Experience: 5 to 9 years of experience with at least 2+ years of experience in designing and driving organization wide Employee Engagement, Employee Communication & Branding initiatives
