Position -Sr. Manager /Manager – HR
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 9-11 Years of relevant experience
Education- MBA in HR or equivalent
Industry-Retail/ Apparel/ Ecomm
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent, overseeing HR systems, and driving change management efforts. This role will also be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of the Darwinbox HRMS, ensuring seamless integration with organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support current and future business needs by leading talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Ensure the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
Lead organizational change management efforts to support business transformations, including cultural change, process improvement, and adoption of new systems . Ensure smooth transitions and positive employee experiences during periods of change.
Lead the implementation and integration of Darwinbox HRMS across the organization. Ensure all HR processes are digitized, automated, and aligned with business needs while providing training and support to users for successful adoption.
Maintain the compensation plan and benefits program to ensure competitive and equitable employee compensation and welfare programs.
Assess employee training needs and design, apply, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills, career growth, and overall productivity.
Develop and execute a robust Employee Engagement Program aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, improving employee satisfaction, and boosting overall morale.
Qualifications and Skills
Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field (Master’s in HR preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, including experience with talent management, change management, and HR systems implementation.
Experience in implementing and managing HRMS (experience with Darwinbox
preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR systems, best practices and excel know-how.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with diverse
teams.
