Job Role -
- Address employee grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and ensure harmonious employee relations
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, manage attendance, and oversee leave management.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling full and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee welfare schemes, health & safety compliance, and other benefits.
