KEY DELIVERABLES
Talent Management
Work on Design of Succession planning & Career development process across levels to keep it relevant to business & market demands
Design key role and key talent frameworks and cascade for implementation
Work closely with BP HR to build robust leadership pipeline through build or buy decisions up till N-2 (N being the MD), aligned with the strategic business plan. Support HRBPs to execute the said plans and ensure process compliance.
Ensure succession planning ratio of 1:2 across the organization & Drive succession planning up till N-2 through a bi-annual process
Develop, deploy and monitor Talent review process across all businesses
Work with businesses to build career plan frameworks and help bring them to life with the HRBPs
Align these processes & calendar of activities with PMS process
Work with L&D, HRBP & Hiring teams on Competency frameworks for alignment with organizational strategies, business model & culture.
Ensure competency framework forms the basis of all HR processes
Work with L&D, Hiring & BP HR teams for aligning all assessments / assessment centres with competency framework, as relevant
Drive the D&I agenda of the company including policy frameworks, governance frameworks etc.
PMS
Work on Design of PMS system (Goals, reviews, appraisals & rewards) that is relevant to desired culture at Voltas & also benchmarked with contemporary best practices.
Weave in Succession, career planning & development processes with PMS to have seamless flow of activities across life cycle of the talent pool
Build capability of the relevant role holders to ensure performance conversations are appropriately held
Implement a comprehensive annual calendar for PMS and ensure compliance to same.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
- MBA (HR) with 8-10 years’ experience.
- Strong Process Orientation
- Experience in handling PMS, Talent Management and Leadership Succession
- Excellent Communication & influencing skills
Ability to collaborate and drive projects across divisions
