Job Responsible
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Facilitating smooth inductions, conducting onboarding surveys, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Managing probationary periods, monitoring performance, and overseeing the confirmation process.
- Supporting performance reviews, developing improvement plans, and tracking progress.
- Handling resignations, retirements, and contract extensions, ensuring a smooth exit process.
- Assisting in addressing and resolving a wide range of HR inquiries.
- Maintaining and updating HR systems to accurately reflect employee movements, headcount, budgets, and other relevant data.
- Contributing to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage people and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in excel, data analysis, and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in HR Management
- Knowledge of employment laws, EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant regulations
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, although fresh graduates with a strong aptitude may be considered
