Position Overview:
The Senior Specialist, People & Culture position is a crucial role within our organization, supporting the Director of People & Culture in daily HR activities. We are seeking a passionate and talented individual who is dedicated to engaging and caring for our people, while serving as a brand ambassador for our organization. This role will primarily focus on the Asia region.
What your daily work will looks like:
- Provide a comprehensive range of HR services, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
- Act as a business partner, offering professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment to ensure smooth implementation of change programs.
- Support policy formulation, review, and implementation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance.
- Prepare regular HR reports on organizational development and improvement for management review.
- Manage the full spectrum of compensation and benefits functions, including payroll, tax filing, leave management, attendance tracking, and MPF administration in Hong Kong and other regions.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, particularly in existing processes, and implement necessary changes to establish HR and administrative best practices.
- Provide comprehensive office management and administrative support, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, renovation arrangements, facilities/asset management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Take responsibility for fostering team culture and organizing related staff activities.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
We are looking for someone with:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in full spectrum of human resources functions
- Familiar with the Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong. Knowledge in other related ordinance / regulations for different region would be advantageous
- Self-motivated, Proactive, positive, independent with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Strong attention to details, with a systematic and analytical mindset
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to build business rapport with internal & external stakeholder
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Google Tools and Chinese word processing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate available is highly preferred
