Talent Acquisition Specialist - Newcastle

Job Description:

What you will get up to day to day

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruiting for various roles, from entry-level to leadership, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Use creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to proactively identify and engage passive talent.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand their unique needs, align on candidate profiles, and deliver exceptional talent.

Create a Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure each candidate has a seamless, positive, and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey.

Employer Branding: Working closely with our Brand Team, support enhance our employer brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and employee referral programs.

Market Insights & Reporting: Stay on top of market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability while providing regular hiring updates and analytics to leadership.

We are looking for someone who has

Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.

Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

The Basics:

Competitive Salary
Annual Leave - 25 days leave plus bank holidays
Weekly Hours - 35 Hours per week for full-time roles
Probationary Period - 6 months
