About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter at Seel, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing team. You’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. In addition, you will manage lite HR tasks, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR process improvement, contributing to Seel’s mission of scaling e-commerce with innovative insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and partnerships, and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and manage interview scheduling and feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and provide timely communication.
Lite HR Tasks
- Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating orientation, and facilitating introductions to company processes and culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback and assisting in event planning.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and process improvements.
Strategic Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with Seel’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to build and promote Seel’s employer brand in the market.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring progress and continuously improve our hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Skill Set: Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various functions.
- HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Experience with onboarding and lite HR tasks is a plus.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and represent Seel effectively.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
