About The Role:
Our client, a renowned and globally impactful architecture studio are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join their New York team.
You will play a pivotal part in supporting and managing all HR functions and work closely with leadership and the wider teams across all 3 international locations. Within this role you will enhance HR policies and practices, drive strategic initiatives, and foster and maintain a positive studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support talent acquisition and align HR strategies with the studio’s goals
- Build strong relationships with global leaders and stakeholders
- Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
- Respond to employee inquiries on compensation, benefits, and leaves
- Lead performance reviews and goal-setting processes
- Assist in updating job descriptions and participate in special projects
- Facilitate training sessions on compliance and performance
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing legal standards
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and immigration documentation
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Degree or relevant work experience
- Previous experience working in HR
- Proven track record in optimising recruitment strategies
- Strong skills in organisation, communication, and critical thinking
- Keen attention to detail and good judgment
