Our client is a top investment firm seeking an HR generalist who is analytical, empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive to run the firm’s recruiting efforts and day-to-day HR responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in either HR or recruiting and is eager to grow responsibilities and expertise across both disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting efforts including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling candidate interviews, and the job offer process
- Advance and enhance the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and initiatives
- Create and implement HR programs and procedures which support the firm’s business goals
- Lead benefits administration and recordkeeping
- Assess, develop, and coordinate employee training initiatives
- Partner with managers on employee career development efforts
- Conduct research and gather market data on a wide range of HR initiatives
- Liaise with benefits administrators, insurance brokers, employment search agencies, and related vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in human resources or recruiting
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range
$150,000 – $200,000
