We're seeking a Senior Director of Talent Management to lead the talent acquisition and development efforts for one of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies that support the company’s growth and objectives.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition and development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing initiatives and employee value propositions that attract top talent.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
