We're seeking a Senior Director of Talent Management to lead the talent acquisition and development efforts for one of our clients. This role will drive the overall talent strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies that support the company’s growth and objectives.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition and development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing initiatives and employee value propositions that attract top talent.
Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent practices, ensuring a diverse workforce that reflects our values and enhances our competitive advantage.
Performance Management: Oversee talent management processes, including performance evaluations, career development programs, and succession planning, to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of talent strategies and make informed decisions.
Budget Management: Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent management, with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
