About The Role
The Leadership & Culture Manager will play a crucial role in implementing and managing programs that foster and enhance EG culture. This position requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills, a passion for employee engagement, and a commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with broader Talent and Learning team, People Analytics, I&D and Communications to identify programmatic priorities by leveraging Your Voice engagement results to support EG Culture.
- Design and manage culture programs and initiatives that bring EG’s Values to life in a way that creates community and belonging, clarity and results in greater engagement, productivity and strong retention.
- Partner across the People Organization (BPs, I&D, Comms) as well as facilities, to design and manage a site engagement strategy and facilitate a programmatic calendar and tools that support Hub and Spoke events and activities led by cross functional teams on the ground.
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Partner with People Team and EG leaders to identify needs related to leadership and culture.
- Collaborate with I&D and Inclusion Business Groups (IBGs) to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Partner with People Analytics to support Your Voice Engagement and other Listening initiative implementation
- Act as a liaison between various departments to promote cross-functional collaboration on cultural programs.
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness through participant feedback, surveys, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports summarizing program outcomes, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to inform future program enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in integrating leadership and cultural considerations into change management strategies for organizational initiatives.
- Help communicate changes effectively to ensure employee understanding and buy-in.
- Stay updated on best practices in leadership development and organizational culture.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance program offerings.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, organizational development, or related roles, with a focus on leadership and culture.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize insights to drive program improvements.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
