HR Business Partner
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support workforce development. This role involves partnering with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting long-term organizational growth.
- Talent Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to the needs of the aerospace manufacturing industry.
- Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and support career progression across all levels of the workforce.
- Performance Management: Facilitate goal-setting, feedback, and performance review processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment through conflict resolution and effective communication.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and evaluate the success of HR initiatives.
- Culture and Engagement: Lead initiatives to build a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall job satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 6 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in aerospace manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
