Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the organization’s ambitious M&A and integration goals while building scalable HR policies, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership development, fostering a strong organizational culture, and driving employee engagement during periods of growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
1. M&A Support and Integration
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute seamless HR integration plans for acquisitions.
- Support onboarding and culture integration for employees joining through M&A activity.
- Develop and manage timelines, communication plans, and key deliverables for successful integrations.
2. HR Policies, Processes, and Systems
- Build and standardize HR policies and processes that align with company values and compliance requirements.
- Implement scalable solutions for talent management, employee relations, and performance reviews.
- Ensure HR systems and tools meet the needs of both corporate and frontline employees.
3. Leadership Development and Coaching
- Partner with the Head of HR to design and deliver leadership training programs.
- Coach managers and leaders to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, offering guidance on employee development and succession planning.
4. Employee Engagement and Change Management
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention during periods of change.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to support understanding and adoption of new policies or processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on M&A, integration, or change management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
