What you’ll do:
- Depending on your Japanese language skills, your primary focus will be hiring for the Japan team, with secondary support for other APAC markets.
- You will play a crucial role in sourcing top candidates and developing talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with Employer Branding.
- You will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer management.
- You will work closely with hiring teams to understand their needs, guiding them through the recruitment process as the recruiting expert. You will also collaborate with HRBPs to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision-making.
- You will proactively share data insights on the market, talent pool, and processes to ensure informed decision-making and set expectations.
- As part of a global recruitment team, you will support hiring in different regions as needed
Who you are:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and in-house settings.
- You are proficient in Japanese at a business level and have experience hiring in Japan.
- You have collaborated closely with other HR teams (e.g., HR Business Partners, Rewards, and HR Operations) and business leaders.
- You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- You possess extensive experience in gathering recruitment data and leading data-driven discussions to support and influence hiring decisions.
- You have worked in international and cross-cultural environments.
- You have experience hiring for commercial teams.
