Job Summary:
- Location: Jurong east (7mins from MRT)
- Working hours: 8am-5.30pm
- Work days: 5 Days - Mon to Fri
- Salary range: up to 3.5k (depends on experience, training will be provided)
- Benefits: Basic + Comms + AL + Birthday Leave + Dress down friday + Early depart for last friday of the month
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking events, to reach potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements.
2. Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates through clear communication and timely feedback.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with internal departments to understand specific staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection techniques.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis purposes.
5. Employer Branding:
- Actively promote MCI as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and other outreach channels.
- Assist in creating compelling job advertisements that reflect MCI’s values and organizational culture.
- Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process.
6. Company’s expectations
- Since this is a sales-driven role, Talent Acquisitions are expected to meet the monthly sales KPIs established for them by the organization.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Candidates with degrees in these fields are welcome.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Technical Skills: Some proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is beneficial.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, are essential for this role.
- Sales-Driven Orientation: Candidates should have a results-driven approach, with a commitment to meeting the company’s targets and expectations. This role requires a focus on achieving performance objectives aligned with company goals.
