What you'll be doing
- Design and implement strategies to attract top talent, aligning with organisational goals
- Partner with stakeholders to organise career talks and fairs
- Manage the employee awards and recognition program, highlighting achievements and fostering a culture of appreciation
- Work with cross-functional teams to align talent attraction and development initiatives with organisational goals
- Collect and assess feedback to continuously refine talent, development, and awards strategies.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support career advancement
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Business
- 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR generalist role, preferably in Healthcare sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships across all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
