This exciting new role reports to the Head of Employee Experience and is focused on developing and delivering impactful internal communications strategies that engage and inform our diverse global workforce.

The role will require regular travel to PPHE locations across the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Italy.

As Internal Communications Manager you will:
- Support with communicating employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies and create action plans
- Write and edit engaging content for various communication mediums ensuring that tone and messaging are appropriate for the target audience.
- Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives, working with different departments to ensure the roll out supports business objectives.
- Manage and update internal communication channels and platforms by overseeing the use of communication platforms such as the intranet and collaboration tools.
- Ensure that all internal communications are aligned to PPHE’s strategic agenda, blueprints and values, promoting a consistent corporate identity through all internal messaging.
- Organise and support internal events, meetings and presentations such as town halls and engagement events.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, and continuously improve communications practices based on data and team member feedback.
- Provide communication support during organisational changes and crises by developing and executing communication plans for periods of change.
- Work closely with the Employer Brand Manager in ensuring printed media is delivered consistently with the company brand guidelines, cost effective, and sustainable.
As the Internal Communications Manager you’ll be:
- Able to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
- Proficient in writing clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various internal platforms.
- Experienced in communicating with deskless workers, multiple languages, across EMEA.
- Skilled in interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
- Capable of assessing communication effectiveness and adapt strategies based on feedback and metrics.
- Experienced in managing multiple communication projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiar with communication tools and platforms and understanding of the importance of multi-media
