Please note The position can be based in our London office or Billund office and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead strategic priorities specific to LEGO.com D2C ecommerce from scoping through to execution, ensuring timely and impactful delivery. These are diverse in scope across shorter-term contingency/trading initiatives and longer-term growth
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps to drive successful implementation of initiatives.
- Successfully deliver multiple simultaneous business priorities at varying levels of maturity
- Actively engage with key partners in the business, including technology, ecommerce trading, logistics & distribution, insights, finance and marketing, to represent LEGO.com at strategic forums.
- Communicate data-driven recommendations to teams and leaders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to others in the team, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence in delivery within our organization.

The Global Ecommerce team is on an exciting journey to reach more kids & adults through LEGO.com. We have seen significant commercial and audience growth and the channel plays a critical role in our strategy to build stronger, direct relationships with our consumers and reach them with exiting new LEGO experiences.
This role is critical in building & delivering a strong strategic pipeline of priorities that set us up for growth and set LEGO.com apart, leading on initiatives and innovations that need different solutions and go beyond our standard ways of operating.
Do you have what it takes?
- Several years experience in strategy, business development or similar roles
- Hands-on ecommerce experience coupled with some broader end-to-end experience (for example logistics, technology or digital marketing)
- Ability to think, act and communicate strategically in a global organisation
- Ability to take problem solving all the way through from problem framing, strategy/proposition development, to implementing innovative solutions in-market
- Curious and very comfortable dealing with data and insight across multiple functional areas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to turn complex technical topics into compelling narratives and recommendations for different audiences
- Outstanding partner engagement abilities, skilled in developing solid relationships with varied teams to accomplish a shared vision and collective goals.
- Highly driven, ability to navigate and problem solve independently
