ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our busy but fun People & Culture team.
Based in our Central London Support Office, and reporting into the Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Coordinator will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our People and Culture department. This role will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding of employees, and for providing seamless support to both the business and our colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Create a seamless onboarding and off boarding experience for employees, ensuring documents are received and completed in a timely manner and Line Managers fulfil their responsibilities as part of the process.
- Coordinate and organise learning and development programs, supporting our employees to grow and succeed.
- Act as first point of contact for employee queries
- Support the People & Culture team with exciting projects and new initiatives
- Provide essential administrative support to the People & Culture team, including filing, data entry and managing documents.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to policies, processes and systems to gain operational efficiencies and enhance employee experience.
SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a People team, preferably within the retail sector or a similar fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- High degree of commitment and willingness to learn.
- Resilient with a can-do attitude that is maintained when under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
