My client is a boutique complex transformation consultancy that specializes in supporting Fortune 1000 clients to deliver their most strategically important programs. They embed themselves deeply with their client's c-suite and executive leadership to design, plan and execute transformation programs.
They have a strong emphasis on work-life balance (including 30 days PTO), limited travel, hybrid working, and building lasting relationships both internally and with clients.
Consultants focus on excellent client delivery, and their own professional development, due to an exceptionally flat structure and low Partner to Consultant ratios.
Owing to their first-class delivery and the strength of their relationships, 90% of their work comes from repeat clients. As a result, Consultants below Partner grade are not expected to drive firm revenue.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6+ years' consulting experience at a leading management consultancy and tenure at the Manager or Senior Manager grade
- Experience leading teams across the full project lifecycle, from strategy & design to delivery
- Ability to leverage technology to deliver lasting business change by leading workstreams that follow SDLC is preferred
- A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with Fortune 1000 clients
- The right to work in the USA and be based in New York.
