KITH is a leading fashion and lifestyle brand known for its innovative designs, premium collaborations, and strong brand identity. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and support our hiring efforts across both HQ and Retail. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will help drive recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates and reviewing applications to identify top talent.
- Post job openings across multiple platforms, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage data entry and ensure accuracy in applicant tracking systems.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist recruiters with day-to-day administrative tasks and candidate communications and Ad-hoc project support and management.
- Support onboarding coordination efforts to ensure a smooth introduction to the company for all new hires.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hiring information.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a corporate environment.
- Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
