Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Sourcing
- Develop and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with active and passive candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Harness diverse channels like job boards, social media platforms, career fairs, and networking events to discover potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full talent acquisition process, including assisting with job offers and guiding salary and benefit negotiations for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to elevate talent acquisition processes and practices.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions to clients, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices.
- Manage client expectations while delivering high-quality talent acquisition services.
Market Research & Innovation
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Champion the use of cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and establish a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in tech recruitment (preferred), or in talent acquisition/recruitment roles.
- Strong account management and client relationship skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on adapting to change.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Proficiency in Singapore’s labour laws.
- CEI Certification (required).
