Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
The Senior Executive, Culture and Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall organisational well-being. This role works closely with leadership, HR teams and employees to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Culture Development & Implementation

Assist in driving initiatives that promote a strong company culture aligned with organisational values and business goals.

Develop and execute programmes that enhance employee experience, inclusivity, and belonging.

Collaborate with leadership to integrate culture-building strategies into company policies and operations.

Support and drive DEI initiatives, ensuring they are embedded in company practices to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Employee Engagement

Plan and execute engagement activities, such as recognition programmes, team-building events, festivities, leadership engagement and wellness initiatives.

Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements based on insights.

Assist in the development of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and motivated.

Create internal communication campaigns that reinforce company’s purpose, vision and values.

Promote mental health and well-being initiatives to support employee satisfaction and productivity.
Employer Branding

Enhance employer branding through storytelling, social media, and employee advocacy programmes.

Monitor and manage queries on employer platform (LinkedIn etc.), ensuring a consistent and positive image.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, culture and/or internal communications is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

Confident, outgoing and comfortable with public speaking and event hosting.

Experience with employee engagement tools and survey platforms is an advantage.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborative effectively across teams.
