The role:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Support full-cycle recruitment for both domestic and international roles.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the global recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend suitable candidates globally.
- Assist in developing candidate pipelines through social media outreach, networking events, and partnerships with global educational institutions.
- Travel to attend international job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to global employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Create and share engaging content (social media posts, blogs, videos) tailored to diverse global audiences.
- Oversee the company’s career pages across global job boards and social platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Represent the company at international job fairs and global forums to enhance brand visibility.
HR Coordination & Support:
- Assist the Senior HR Manager with daily HR operations (onboarding, orientation, employee records).
- Collect and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support internal communications related to recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple regions.
- Stay informed on industry best practices in recruitment and employer branding with a global perspective.
Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners across different countries and time zones.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring teams, and HR leadership, ensuring a smooth international hiring process.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with at least 3 years of working experiences.
- Exposure to employer branding or marketing initiatives with or understanding global recruitment processes will be an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for recruitment-related events.
