Job Responsibilities
1. End-to-end Recruitment:
• Conduct thorough screening of applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless and positive experience
2. Candidate Engagement:
• Build and maintain positive recruitment experience with candidates through providing clear communication on job expectations required for the roles and timely feedback on candidate’s job application status
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection techniques
4. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis purposes
5. Employer Branding:
• Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process
Requirements
- Possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields.
- Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in recruitment sales.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
- Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company’s sales targets
