Your main duties in flying with us:
- Implement and enhance company-wide employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives
- Plan and execute engagement-related events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
- Identify engagement gaps through surveys, focus groups, and employee feedback, then propose reliable and data-driven solutions
- Gather, analyze, and interpret employee sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for various People functions
- Monitor trends in employee engagement, benchmark best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance workplace experience
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, or related HR functions
- Proven project & event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate engagement trends and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster relationships across teams
- Passionate about building a positive workplace culture and employee experience
