Reporting to Group HR and partnering closely with Thailand management as well as local client service teams, you’ll take full ownership of the HR function, from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Thailand leadership and Group HR to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and employee satisfaction.
- Provide practical guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and HR governance frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering practical and timely solutions to people-related challenges.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to attract top talent.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with management to design, execute, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure consistent feedback and growth.
- Identify and deliver training programs to support skills development and career progression.
- Ensure full compliance with Thailand labour laws and employment regulations.
- Establish robust HR policies and processes reflective of best practices and legislative requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes high morale and motivation.
- Drive initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Administer payroll, maintain accurate employee records, and support annual HR budgeting.
- Handle disciplinary matters, formal grievances, and ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years’ experience in HR, with broad responsibilities across HR operations, recruitment, talent management and employee engagement, ideally in an international organization.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, advise on HR matters, and implement practical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand labour laws and contemporary HR practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to handle challenges independently.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, with a willingness to explore new technologies.
