We are looking for a resourceful, meticulous and collaborative individual to join the People Operations team. The successful candidate will assist on human resource matters including but not limited to the following:
- Provision of logistical and administrative support for various HR activities from recruitment & onboarding to resignation & offboarding.
- Administration of benefits such as leave management, processing of employees' medical and dental claims or other HR-related claims
- Support on procurement processes and business process review
- Liase and coordinate with vendor on meeting scheduling and follow-ups
- Any other ad-hoc task that may be assigned to you
Requirements
- Meticulous and organised
- Strong and resourceful team-player
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook etc.
- Experience in HR operations (e.g. data entry, data reporting, employee life cycle processing, benefits administration, coordination of meetings)
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments
- Experience in using Workday will be an advantage
