Our client, a prominent midtown Finance firm with a focus on Life Sciences, is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. This role will deliver exemplary HR Operations across key elements of the employment lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience for employees.

Responsibilities
- In partnership with Accounting & the outsourced vendor, manage payroll process. Ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time.
- Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, 401K & charitable matching. In partnership with the outsourced vendor, facilitate annual benefits enrollment. Provide colleague support including, answering questions and assisting colleagues to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, including titles, reporting lines & personal information. Generate reports.
- In partnership with Legal, create offer documents. Facilitate background and reference checks. Deliver an excellent onboarding experience.
- Coordinate and support training programs, including tracking participation and maintaining records of individual and collective development activities.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing colleagues.
- Design and deliver team building events for colleagues, including the annual holiday party and the annual retreat.
- Manage the company’s intern program, ensuring a positive learning experience for interns.
- Manage the employee handbook, including coordinating the annual content refresh and annual certification processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information on intranet.
