HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Investment Banking & Capital Markets
Role Overview:
The HRBP will align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent initiatives, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Guide managers on feedback, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Employee Relations: Manage ER issues, investigations, and legal risk mitigation.
- Compensation: Conduct benchmarking, process audits, and manage year-end compensation cycles.
- Talent Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement.
- Recruitment: Partner on hiring, compensation, and onboarding processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Ensure data accuracy and provide insights for leadership decisions.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize HR processes.
- General HR Support: Oversee corporate HR initiatives, immigration escalations, and ad-hoc projects.
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years in a global financial services firm, preferably in Investment Banking.
- Broad HR expertise in recruitment, performance, talent, ER, and compensation.
- Strong relationship management, client service, and analytical skills.
- HRIS proficiency; advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.); Power BI a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + discretionary bonus
