The HR Analyst will support all aspects of Human Resources at BBR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Team in executing BBR’s people strategy and delivering a compelling Employee Value Proposition.
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts through candidate scheduling and interview process coordination ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding plans for new hires.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Assist with employee events and engagement activities.
- Assist in recruiting and coordinating Analyst & Summer Internship Programs.
- Act as a central point of contact for BBR Affinity Groups.
- Assist on HR and Recruiting projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Human Resources.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with employees of all levels.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various HR functions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.

Additional Information:
Base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple reasons, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on these reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, alternative incentive packages and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
