Our Client, a Global Investment Bank is seeking a Vice President of HR Transformation in their New York, NY location.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Process Automation: Design and implement automated solutions to streamline HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and compliance. Continuously assess and enhance automation tools to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- AI-driven Talent Solutions: Lead the integration of AI-based tools to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Use advanced analytics to develop predictive models that help identify and retain high-potential talent, optimize workforce planning, and improve employee satisfaction.
- HR Technology Implementation: Partner with IT and external vendors to deploy and integrate HR technologies that support automation and advanced analytics. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based HR platforms and AI-driven tools.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to guide the HR team and broader organization through transformation initiatives. Facilitate training and communication efforts to ensure seamless transitions and user adoption of new systems.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish a data-driven culture within HR, utilizing HR metrics and analytics to make informed decisions that improve workforce productivity, engagement, and cost-effectiveness. Regularly report on key performance indicators to executive leadership.
- Workforce Competitiveness: Lead initiatives to enhance workforce skills and competencies, ensuring the bank remains an employer of choice within the industry. This includes upskilling, reskilling, and developing frameworks for succession planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, IT, and external consultants to ensure HR transformation aligns with the bank’s strategic priorities. Act as a bridge between HR and other departments to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in HR transformation, workforce strategy, or related roles, preferably within financial services.
- Proven expertise in implementing AI and automation solutions within HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and experience driving large-scale HR transformations.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
