About the role
You plan and implement strategies to enhance employee experience through effective employee communications and manage employee feedback in MINDEF/SAF.
What you will be working on
- Create and disseminate content for employee communications
- Plan and execute communication campaigns in support of MINDEF/SAF's objectives
- Manage employee feedback and recommend ways to improve service delivery to employees based on feedback
- Conduct management reporting on employee feedback

- Working with multiple stakeholders for employee communications and feedback
- Ensuring adherence to timelines
What we are looking for
- Education in Communications or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Experience in managing stakeholders and performing communications
- Well-versed in content creation such as infographics and reels
- Meticulous, sharp, and independent
- Ability to work within tight timelines
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Good service delivery and customer experience
