We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join us.
Role Overview:
As a dynamic and organized marketing contributor, you will be at the forefront to drive acquisition efforts, coordinate marketing events, localise and repurpose social media content, manage and grow our partnership community. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. By collaborating with Partnership Team and supporting various marketing activities, you will help drive our brand's visibility and acquire new users in Southeast Asia markets. You will be part of the Southeast Asia marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing (SEA) and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
Growth Marketing:
- Identify and test new channels to drive acquisition and user growth
- Analyse and draw insights from marketing and customer data to make strategic commercial and marketing decisions
- Optimise existing marketing channels to drive better conversion rates
- Manage approved budget with the goal to lower cost per acquisition through marketing efforts
- Meet customers and partners a few times a month to understand pain points and provide solution-driven campaigns to create customer value
Event Management:
- Identify key industry events to build prospective client relationships.
- Conceptualise and project management end-to-end events.
- Manage approved marketing budget to lead events calendar – own, sponsored and partnership events.
- Liaise with suppliers for cost negotiation, for marketing materials, for deliverables within budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of marketing & partnership events.
- Capture social content during events to support marketing efforts.
- Conduct post event reporting on conversion-driven events, both online and offline.
Marketing Media Management:
- Jumpstart a new community on a social media channel to grow followers and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and initiatives.
- Work with global performance team to localise, track and analyse paid campaign metrics, implementing A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to optimise and exceed conversion KPIs.
- Localise email campaigns, work with CRM team to optimise full-funnel email campaigns for the Thai market
Partnership Marketing Management:
- Ideate, optimise and execute marketing campaigns to achieve marketing & partnership targets
- Manage the end-to-end process of creating bespoke partner marketing collateral, landing pages and social media posts
- Explore and experiment new marketing channels and campaigns to maximise brand presence and advocacy by the partner network
- Run end-to-end events and workshops with our partner network to drive engagement, lead generation, and marketing conversion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
- Experience working for a marketing agency or startup is a plus
