We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our recruitment strategies and drive the talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, as well as experience in developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top talent to meet the company's strategic goals and objectives. In addition, you will play a key leadership role in the transition to Workday as our HRIS system.
This is a
hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our HQ office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute integrated talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives and staffing needs. This includes full-time employees and our supplemental contracting staffing needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and align recruiting efforts accordingly
- Implement recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection methodologies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Oversee the launch and implementation of the Talent Acquisition process in Workday, ensuring your teams have what they need to be successful and efficient, while also supporting the needs of your internal customers
- Use data and metrics to drive recruitment process improvements and make informed decisions. Use KPIs to drive exceptional customer and candidate experience
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies and recruiting firms to support talent acquisition efforts as needed
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- As needed, improve and update recruitment procedures and policies to ensure that they remain relevant and effective
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the talent acquisition team to help them achieve their goals and develop their careers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on developing and implementing recruitment strategies and tactics
- Proven success in managing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels. To also include hiring full-time staff members, but also seeing our contractor workforce needs are met.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection methodologies
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team
- Consider yourself a self-starter with a positive sense of urgency
$205,428 - $241,681 a year

Pay Range the Company expects to pay: $205,428 - $241,681 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
