Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional HR strategy that supports business growth across Asia.
- Ensure HR functions align with the company's long-term goals.
- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
- Develop and implement standardized HR practices across the region.
- Establish and track key HR performance indicators.
- Implement performance management systems to drive productivity and engagement.
- Develop and lead employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across Asia.
- Manage regulatory and operational risks.
- Design and implement a succession planning framework.
- Develop and mentor high-potential employees.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership.
- Foster a cohesive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 8 years of strategic HR experience in Asia, with expertise in operations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to implement HR frameworks and manage KPIs in fast-growing businesses.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Asian markets.
