What you'll be doing
- Support the strategic implementation of initiatives, aligned with national programmes
- Provide HR consultation and services, including talent attraction, retention, performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee engagement
- Develop HR plans and initiatives that align with business objectives and support organisational goals
- Collaborate with leadership and participate in meetings to provide HR insights for business and operational planning
- Partner with HR shared services to deliver comprehensive HR support while ensuring compliance with policies, audit requirements, and legal regulations
- Oversee talent acquisition and talent management for assigned roles, ensuring effective recruitment and succession planning
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and grievance resolution, fostering improved work relationships and morale
- Monitor and report on workforce metrics, including manpower planning and succession pipeline development
- Coordinate performance appraisals, salary reviews, bonus exercises, and award nominations to ensure alignment with organisational strategies
- Identify and address process gaps, driving improvements and establishing robust HR practices
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and other stakeholders to strengthen managerial and leadership capabilities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level from a recognised institute in Human Resource
- 3 - 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices, with the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in numerical analysis, proposal preparation, and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior leaders on strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
