Job Summary
The HR Director will lead and oversee all HR functions, aligning with the company’s strategic goals in the oil and gas industry. Responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy, this role ensures a high-performance culture and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise senior management on HR matters and lead workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee relations, and promote engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and implement governance practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in HR management
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Oil and Gas background is preferred.
