Job Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end operational activities of recruitment, preboarding and onboarding, performance management and training, employment changes and offboarding processes for Operations units.
• Assist employees with HR transactions such as payroll, benefits enrolment, and leave management.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR updates on workforce and employee data.
• Provide support and proactive follow-up on HR programs and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to HR service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR shared services back-office operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for effective simplification of HR processes.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment support.
• Strong understanding of payroll, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Someone who prefer to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
