Job Overview:
The Associate Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing HR strategies for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Singapore and supporting SEA operations. This role ensures alignment of HR initiatives with business goals, drives talent acquisition and retention, and fosters a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives in Singapore and SEA.
- Monitor and report HR performance metrics to the HR Head.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of high-performing talent.
- Drive succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through surveys and action plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to build leadership and functional capabilities.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Support organizational design projects to meet strategic objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor in managing change and aligning with HR policies.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee employee relations, including grievance resolution and performance management.
Team Leadership
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for HR team members.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that drives results.
HR Systems & Processes
- Champion the use of HR systems to improve efficiency and ensure data integrity.
Key Requirements
- Experience Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-unit environments preferred.
- Proven track record in recruitment, organizational development, and change management.
