Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge & experience:
● Advanced knowledge and experience of the Bengaluru tech talent market (product, engineering, data) – as a recruiter and as employer branding expert.
● Knowledge of employer branding tools and methods to succeed in brand positioning on the Bengaluru tech labor market.
● Knowledge and experience of event management (both organizing external and internal events) with providers and internal specialists.
● Knowledge of candidate behaviors and labour market trends in that can help IKEA to gain insights to better attract, develop and retain co-workers

Job responsibilities:
Work with global EVP Leader, local business leaders, local recruiters to run global and local, external and internal Employer branding initiatives for Digital Hub in Banyanhult, Bengaluru.
Main activities (but not limited with below):
● Organise participation in external career fairs, conferences, community forums, etc. to brand IKEA as an attractive digital employer and attract candidates to apply to open roles,
● Organise global Ingka events on Office level – Digital HejDay and Digital Sharing Days,
● Organise local events in Office – invite communities, cool speakers, run Hackatons, etc (to be defined with the local leaders/co-worker groups and global EVP leader) with the purpose of co-worker engagement and retention.
